2025 has been an eventful year at Stone Ridge. Sports tournaments, performances, and countless hours spent on homework have really taken up students’ time. According to a recent poll, over 65% of the student population spends most of their time outside of school on homework.

The combination of insufficient sleep and an endless amount of traffic on the way to school leads many of us to show up late. The majority of students say the tardies are the most enforced rule at Stone Ridge, followed by the cell phone policy.
But not all our time is spent working; here are some things students do with their free time at school:

Speaking of the 3rd Floor, among the students, the 3rd floor was voted the best floor of the Academic Building.
With all the work we do, lunch is a significantly important part of the day. Students have a lot to say about their favorite lunch. Here were the top choices:

Despite the tiring year 2025 has been, and the amount of time we spent in class, this year was filled with so much joy from the time we spent with our friends, classmates, and family. It has truly been a satisfying year with much growth and learning. I am optimistic that there is more to come in 2026. See you next year!
